Experience: I used to own a server, but it went down do to not having anymore money (no one donated too).
Can you set up a buycraft?: Yeah, I have some experience with them, I know CSS to make your page look good.
Can you set up voting?: I don't know if I remember how to do this. Let's just say no.
Can you make custom plugins?: No, sorry, coding Java is too hard for me. XD
Favorite mob: If you mean both animals and monsters i'll say, pigs, but if only hostile mobs then, endermen.
Why you want to help?:
There are some reasons why I want to help:
1. Build a pretty good and decent spawn and any other buildings (mall, spleef, etc.).
2. To maintain a good community with not so many aggressive players, and make sure there are no griefers and what not.
3. There are some plugins that i want to recommend you use, I might set them up if you want (permission plugins, yeah I might be able to set them up, only if it's GroupManager, I only used that on my server).

I am NOT applying, but I am just putting it out there to you, to watch out who you give the job to, because I have seen servers where people with this job take over the server for hours on end and ban everyone, delete all the maps, etc.
So, what I'm trying to say is, make sure you can trust the person, or it might not end well.
