The "repeated questions" is a tactic to try and reduce any bias created by asking questions poised towards a certain stance - ie if a question is "on a scale from one to 5, how much do you love to play videogames" you can't say you don't like to play videogames because the question is forcing you to say you love to play videogames. by adding inverted questions it lets me prove that there's significance to the responses and i'm not just trying to get the information I want out of it.
