To be honest no one is really going to Host a free server for you unless they are desperate or have a contest. Cause hosting a server cost $$$, And if you just want a server with friends just try Hamachi or Port Forward properly.
And also if you want test out your server Load it and type in your minecraft server ip Localhost for your server (private type)

i cant make my own its an error to every one "Can`t Reach Server"
