I'm trying to update one of my skins but every time I upload a new file for it, it just keeps showing me the old picture of it after I save. Can anyone help me with this?

I also noticed that it doesn't let you submit anything that has transparency.

Yes. That is because all skins must be SMP compatible, and on Multiplayer servers, are pixels with affected transparency are black.

ya that happened to me for about 2 days i guess i was just unlucky.

In fact, when I click on my skins, it shows it sometimes both. It shows the improved picture and then the next thing I know it's back to it's old self.

I've done that but it still hasn't changed.

Sometimes it does not update right away. Other times it does not update only for you. Give it a few minuets and check it again.
