I would like random human mobs that would attack if provoked. They could be used for trading, and maybe even as companions that would help with mining and such.

Honestly anything other than squids in the ocean biome. One mob can get boring especially if it is next to useless. or add models to the fish

Herobrine. For one, I would really like a super-rare and unpredictable mob in the game. Second, all these 'herobrine sightings' would be nearly as annoying, as they could actually be true.

I don't think Herobrine should be added because it gives some mystery to Minecraft and makes it a bit scary.
