yep. it's true. i disguised as Notch and when I let myself killed by a friend I saw a red apple. I didn't have items at that time.

It's not fake. A notch would come on to some servers way back in the early server ages and jump around, and when killed would drop a red apple.

Bear in mind that anyone can edit the Wiki. It could be fake. But, I dont have any proof yet so yeah, he probably is in the code to appeat randomly in any server. But maybe only the ones that appear on his twitter, or blog, or something like that.
