For some practical ones, do an enchanting room, brewing room, storage room, tool forge (with anvils and furnaces) just to name a few. but if you want some decoration, try a kitchen, attic, dining room, living room, grand hall, throne room, control room, spaceship hangar, office, hidden pirate cove, etc. I guess it depends on the your theme, but hopefully I gave you some inspiration.
