Hello there. I, along with some other people, are creating a brand new minecraft mmo server. This server is very unique, and incorporates ideas from multiple popular mmo's, such as Runescape, Skyrim, WoW, and much more.

We are currently looking for people to fill certain managerial positions in the server. Our staff team works slightly different to most servers. We have multiple departments, each department is ran by an OP, and they recruit members to their department and work on that aspect of the server. The reason for this is stability. This means that if an owner resigns, the server can still go on, it is much more efficient and organised than having 1 owner.

I, personally, am in charge of the recruitement department, and I have been set the task to recruit the head's of departments. If you are interested in a position, add me on skype: adam.collins186 - Where you will be interviewed to see if you are capable.

Here are the positions we are looking for, with a little description of each:

Head of Media department

Description:
The media departments job is to advertise the server, and get the word out there. As head of the media department, your job would be to recruit members to the media team, and get the word out there about the server. This includes making youtube adds, facebook pages, posting on certain forums etc. You would also get to run the plug.dj, however that is only a small part of it.

Requirements:
A basic level or orginisation, you will have to be co-ordinating multiple social media pages at a time.
You must have strong management skills to manage the media team. You will be recruiting a lot of people for this department.
Some way to contact youtubers. This will be a great way to get the word out of the server.
Basic knowledge on advertisement and how to get players.


Head of Forums department

Description:
As head of the forums department, your job will be to manage and maintain our official community forums. This means you will have a team preventing spam posters, necro posters, and general rule breakers. You will also be in charge of creating forum policies and rules. Another small part of the job is website development.

Requirements:
A basic level of HTML knowledge. (Optional)
You should be familiar with enjin (Optional)
You must have good grammar and sound mature when you type. This is because the head of the forums team will be posting long articles about rules and stuff on the forums.


Head of Build department

Description:
As head of the build department your job would be to hire builders, and overlook the building progress. You would have to try find builders, and give them suitable work depending on their skills. Their is a lot of building that needs to be done for this server, so this is a large job.

Requirements:
Orginisation skills, you will be overlooking a lot of building, you will need to be organised.
Good at building, you will also be building, so you will need to be good at it.


Head of Moderating department

Description:
The moderating department are in charge of in-game modearting. Making sure there are no rule breakers, and stuf flike that. The server is only in early development stage, so it may be a few months before it opens, therefore this department is currently a small job.

Requirements:
Must be mature
Must have staff experience on a big mc server before.


Head of Community department

Description:
When the server opens, this department will be in charge of community issues. They will set up events for the community, and stuff like that. However, while the server is sitll in development, theyw ill work on getting players, using recources like pmc and youtube.

Requirements:
Friendly attitude
Community management skills
Good orginisation


Head of Development department

Description:
The development department are the people who actually amke the many plugins we require. As head of this department, you will be given info on what plugins need to be made, and then you will have to spread out the work between your developers to make it. You will also have the responsibilty of finding developers.

Requirements:
You must have an extensive knowledge of programming and creating plugins.
You must be organised, as this is an important job.
