What is the command to spawn an item so it falls onto the ground??? I have seen this done in some videos but don't know how...can anyone tell me what the command is?

in a command block type this:
this will summon stone
if you want another item type this in a command block:
Explaination:
Item is what will appear.
~ ~5 ~ will spawn the item 5 blocks above the command block
id:276 is the id of the item. Change this to whatever
Count:3 will spawn 3 of the item
