Hello...

Ever since copy.com closed and dropbox is the worst thing for hosting files when you use the "Free version"... I have been trying to find a place to host Modpack files... Sounds easy? Its not.. Anyway I Have found a potential one called "x10Hosting" and everytime I Put the file Url thing into technic modpack editing thing, technic gives me a "Invalid url".. So is there place to host files that works with technic? Or is technic just useless and should try a Different Launcher?

I would prefer to it be a free file host, which x10hosting is, just getting it to work with the launcher is the only problem.

On a sidenote: is Dropbox Pro even worth it?

Dropbox is fantastic, Mediafire and Google Drive also also decent.

The only problem with media fire is they don't have direct Links, Technic needs one (I know fussy). Ive tried google drive before but the link didn't work with technic, I have no idea why.

what's so bad about dropbox? it's only bad if you have a popular modpack and it gets a lot of traffic, and if you have modpacks equivalent of over 5gb

The bad thing is that you only get 2gb for free, if you want more you have to pay.

Depending on how big your modpack is then it can cause trouble with its bandiwidth
