The Challenge
With the addition of the creative world in Kinesis, people have been building freely in the creative world to their heart's content. Now, I ask you to build in a restrictive setting, outdoing 7 others. You will be given a 15x15 plot, or a 16x16 one if you'd prefer to have an even number in your building. You will be judged by a variety of things, such as your building style, materials used, and possibly redstone use. Remember, this does not have to be a generic house; you can build whatever you wish, from a palatial castle, to an abstract design, to a real life object. It does not matter.
Applying
Interested? Well, I hope you are because others are too. We cannot have more than 8 different contestants (unless I wanted to do a massive tournament or something, but I don't think enough people will want to play for that; edits will be made if we have many applications) for a suitable survey of who is doing what. All that you need to do to sign up, is add 'I want to play' in your post. If you want to help me judge the others, add in 'I want to judge' in your post below. I'll be very selective of who the judges are, but the contestants will be important too.
Judgement
We will judge you in 2 ways: in an analysis of what you built, and a grading of the quality of your work. The analysis will be as shown:
1. Style of building (is it a building, real life object, pixel art, etc.):
2. Palette of materials (Stone, wood, sandstone, wool, etc.):
3. Redstone features (Yes/no):
4. Symmetry (Circular, 4-way, 2-way, none):
5. More?
The grading of quality does not have a format to it, so don't except anything to go by.
Rules
Of course, we cannot allow you to do whatever you want, since that'd lead to uncertainties.
1. You will build in a 15x15 area, or a 16x16 if an even number is wanted.
2. You have a single hour to build this, since we have to make time of the essence.
3. You cannot have overhangs going over your plot, it's obstructive.
4. You shall not sabotage a person's building; I hope I didn't need to tell you.
5. You can only use rare blocks within reason (only so many glowstone blocks at once)
6. You note that we reserve the right to make more rules.

No hamachi. Normal server. You can join as a guest, but until I get the contestants you can only join via proper application.

Do you have actual minecraft? If so, you should be able to join any non-whitelisted server.

I think the post says a creative world.

I would build but does that mean building using flying or using the character view, and how much resources would be given to do so ( of normal status)

I could judge, but building.. Isn't one of my strong points.
