1.8.2+
Hey! I have a strong computer, GTX 860, NVIDIA, i7-4710, 16GB RAM, 7200rpm. And Minecraft worked perfectly in 1.8 and 1.8.1. Then 1.8.2/1.8.3 came out and now every now and then I get a minor fps drop. It is a minor fps drop, so like one second of choppiness before it's running smoothly again. I went back to 1.8.1, and noticed it didn't occur on 1.8.1. So it was caused by either 1.8.2 or 1.8.3. Anyone else noticing this?

I just tried 1.8.3 earlier today and I'm not having the problem you're having. Are you running the latest 64-bit version of Java and are your NVIDIA drivers up to date?

Yeah they are. Sorry for late response, haven't been on PMC in awhile. So I'm replying just in case you notice xD

Nope, gtx 860 doesn't exist, nvidia is a company, not a PC component, and an i7-4710 does not exist.
Also, this is just minecraft being minecraft. You can try new drivers, optifine, or a fresh install.
Sorry I wasn't 100% accurate with each and every character, but GTX 860m and NVIDIA GeForce processor and i7-4710HQ. Happy? lol.

Mobile components. He forgot to add the M to the 860 and the HQ to the i7-4710.
OP, I suggest all three things RoboShadow suggests.
K thanks, and yeah I didn't put the M or the HQ.
