Vip for new server be bought in advance

hi everybody I'm getting a new hosted server (hopefully) and it has bukkit.
so I'm gonna make ranks and theres gonna be vips the is the list of vips:
mini vip $2 can spawn items and tp just the op status
vip $5 vips can behind boundary lines and can use the spawn monsters command
and more will be told on the server if made
super vip $10super vip is like moderator status just without backup

I don't think you should give people that much power just for giving money.
By that I mean becase they've donated like £10, they can spawn Mobs therefore they could make a giant swarm of anything at all. What you could possibly do is give them 3-4 items of choice.

I agree. Terrible idea. Mainly because for paying $10, you could spawn enough mobs to crash the server. "For the lulz".
