Ok so I think it might have something to do with a plugin or something, but I don't know what plugin it is, but I keep seeing these weird water patterns in unloaded chunks, and I don't know what they are, here's a picture:

Well, that's the first, I'll try to helping but did you try removing it with WorldEdit?
Also, I would remove AntiWeather, Multiverse-Core has a built-in command that prevents weather in a specific world.
Do (/mv set weather false) in the world you don't want weather in, and it turns it off automatically.

yeah I already tried removing it with worldedit, but it seems to only be outside of my loaded chunks at all times (and they dissapear when I get near them), so I don't think they are real water blocks.
Edit: It only does this is one of the mulitiverse worlds by the way, the other one is fine.
