Subject pretty much says it all but in my opinion I need the OptiFine HD mod more then anything else because my computer runs minecraft slower then a drunken turtle.

Mo Creatures for sure. I'm typically more interested in mods that add to the game rather than help you cheat, so baby mobs, more creeps and weirdos, etc are all things I would like to be compatible.
