What should a spawn contain?

I would like to know what you guys think a server spawn should contain.
I think the most important thing a spawn should contain is a warp room.

Depends, are you talking about a just a survival/faction/creative/ect or a hub spawn?
Hub spawn: warp room, Main rules
a survival/ect spawn: The rules, maybe npc of the server staff, an obvious way out

A server spawn I think should of course contain signs, but also decorative details, not large ones just small decorative features here and there. But depending on the type of server for example a Towny one, you may want a rule board, enderchests, plugin help signs, etc, things to make the players life a bit easier. Just my thoughts
Definitely signs saying "____ was here!" (Famous youtuber for example..)

Spawn should contain information about your server, where stuff is, rules, and maybe some warps and stuff. (Unique stuff by the way.)
