2.0.0 will probably never be out because
1. It is updated enough to be super awesome in the first place
2. The team are too busy making other games

Nanosuits? You fuckin kidding me? I want to see the modding API along with better heuristics and code optimization. Despite being fun and popular, it's horribly coded, and optifine only adds minor improvements. Hate to say it, but if a company like valve had control of Minecraft, it would run so much smoother (at the sake of the fun and creativity that Mojang offers)

Sorry to say this but that sounds pretty stupid. Minecraft is written in Java, which is slower than some other programming languages because the code is read line by line by Java instead of already being compiled, so Minecraft would actually be less laggy if it was written in a compiled language such as C/C++/C#. (This will never happen, however )
Creative fly already exists. I'm assuming you mean a jetpack item that can't be crafted but jetpacks don't really fit into vanilla Minecraft. I love your shameless self-promotion though

In my opinion, theoretically IF Minecraft 2 were to be made it should be a complete rewrite with improved mob AI and physics, and should be a circular world like that of Castle Miner... Also, the gameplay should be more based around multiplayer, because as it is one person can get everything they need and essentially live underground forever. I think that farming should be refined to be less productive (for example having seeds not always drop from crops), and animals should die of age after a certain time. I'd like to see some way to have the game evolve over time, too. Getting iron tools is far too easy imo. Just my two cents

I know this is funny but how about Golden/Diamond Computers?

and I would like it if you could put Written Books in Bookshelves and be able to take them out of the Bookshelf they are in.

it would be cool if they had a program like Hamachi in the background of mc that you can't see and it lets you run global lan worlds but like all the clients are connected so no network connecting needed you would just like maybe type in {playername}.minecraft.net and then bam your on that players world but maybe like a whitelist feature

The amount of money it would cost for them to give a free dedicated host to ANYONE who wanted one would be equal to what the US spends on military equipment.
Servers are already free..
If you have a good enough PC host it off it. Or use a really old PC for just the server.
Btw, @LastReach, no. Server's normally aren't PCs servers normally fit into their own category. Plus. there's more than 5x10mil. people that play minecraft

They can't do that because hosting a server REQUIRES having a "host" computer where the data is saved and the server is run, all servers work like that, not just Minecraft servers, so what they would need to do is get about 5-10 million computers to host EVERYONE a server.
