I own a minecraft PvP server and I'm wondering what the community wants in a server. I am done implementing what I think people would like, instead I will do what the players want.

My server info: My server (SpecialistPvP) is a unique mixture of Kit PvP and Op PvP, with Hunger Games, and a number of minigames. In my server, players are given free kits to use in the PvP arena. Players are given free soup which heals 3.5 hearts when used. Players can also vote once a day for pretty nice gear and money. Money can be earned from Kills in PvP, winning minigames, and voting. The money can then be used at the shop to upgrade your gear and buy items. Donors get better kits and have access to their donor room. Each donor room has a bonus chest that is filled with xp, diamonds, sticks, and books. There are also mob grinders in each donor room. Sorry this isn't meant to advertise my server, but rather provide enough information so that you can give me ideas for my server

Known flaws:
- Not enough players. Most we get is 30 at a time.
- Donors are over powered. Ranks member through elite get 1 op apple an hour. Non-donors are stuck with only soup. They can buy op apples at the shop though.
- Nothing you can do when no one else is online. Besides the parkour and maze.

Ideas for my server: I have been thinking of just eliminating op apples completely to make it more fair for the non-donors. Therefore making my server a pure Kit PvP. Additionally I was thinking of transforming the way you get into pvp.(see ingame for example) You would be given a warp sign into pvp, or just do /warp pvp. The warp would take you onto a platform above the pvp arena. You would then jump off, or use the pressure plates to launch you into pvp. The PvP arena would be much larger than before (500x500 blocks). I was also going to add a teams plugin. It would be like factions but you wouldn't be able to break or build anything. Then I was going to add an auction plugin to auction your items safely. Another plugin would be a kit preview plugin, allowing you to see what the donor kits would give you.

That idea is the main idea for my server. Feel free to give me additional ideas and suggestions. I understand that I could add creative, survival, factions, prison, etc. But I do not have the money to do so My main plan is to have 1 primary game type, then when the server is mature and enough donations are coming in, I could make a network with the greatest game types Again, I encourage you to reply and help develop a great server!
