Why MC can't add things you want in it!

So yea, u kept sending emails to mojang/microsoft screaming something like: "ADD GUNZ, AND A NEW INVENTORY SETUP! AND AND... AND ADD RUBY!!!"

But anyway, the reason they can't add stuff like that to the game is because it will probably ruin game style, it will turn into a disaster to minecraft, it will make minecraft feel not so simulative, etc
Like adding rabbits, that was lucky, as some people found rabbits annoying, but since they added food to it and it still felt like minecraft, thats why!
And new blocks! Like andesite! That was a lucky save aswell! But it made new style of building adding more creativity to Minecraft!
Adding Prismarine! A very creative selection of block with the same reason with andesite!
The new guardians to go with prismarine, it adds more command block features, like camera beams! See!

snicketydog...go to the nether... but for what? to get to the end? Oh, so the whole point is to go to the end? I think that is incredibly daft. I think they need to have a better goal in the long run.

There isn't really much of a "story" or "goal" because Minecraft isn't really about that. It's mostly about building, creativity, and evolution with the stuff you make. If you want to have a big story, with the fancy ending and everything... you could try Story Mode.

I personally migrated over to mods because vanilla is too bland for me. I totally against MInecraft 2.0 and microsoft buying minecraft, BUT i think microsoft could do some great things to minecraft, but DON'T RUIN MINECRAFT. One of my biggest request is more ore please! I play with Tech mods because i like it but some people prefer magic.... it is hard to add big things to minecraft because some PC's cant handle it. I think the biggest thing they need to do is have more things to work forward too. If you think about it you build a house and then what... make a farm go to the nether... but for what? to get to the end? Oh, so the whole point is to go to the end? I think that is incredibly daft. I think they need to have a better goal in the long run.

I can understand why people would request... well, a lot of things I've seen them request and they aren't all very bad Ideas I have to admit. Although what I don't get is why people are requesting the addition of guns. Like... seriously? Guns? That doesn't even fit the theme of Minecraft itself which takes on a medieval type theme, so things like swords and bows make sense. If you want guns in the game, just install a mod. They're there for a reason.

i hate 1:1 to 1:6 (stone 1 1-6 aka diorite and stuff) except that its useless for crafting so u can use it for bridges and my life is saved from faithfulvenom thing since old textures and sounds but i cant use optifine since i need to have vsync on (i posted something for why) and it keeps trying to limit the max fps to 20 and ill bump my thread if u want to see it

Orrrrr... They can just add an option to disable/enable new things they've added and listen to everyone's request-- kind of like mods, except less of a pain in the ass

They should add something though that makes it easier to install mods, and maybe even team-up with Technic. Just something that makes things like this easier in all ways. They could add different pre-installed shaders or stuff, and maybe even have some "Modpacks" available for you. Technic Launcher just doesn`t have most of the stuff you actually want...

Maybe they should also set the focus on the gameplay than adding too much blocks. For example, the three new stones they added: they are proably nice but if they continue to append more blocks on the list, you won't be able to see through it soon

Mods werent really supposed to happen in minecraft! its just something some crazy idiots wanted for there needs, then it became big and Mojang didnt bother to take them down so they started using stuff from mods every now and then

When Mojang found out about mods they had a closer look, they thought it will calm the community down while they work on minecraft, so they started supporting forge to let the community enjoy it while mc works on new things! Then they got inspired from it and put in something from mo' creatures (one of the first known mods) every now and then in minecraft

Someone would have to make an api so it clearly wasn't just so one person could have one little thing. It is the same as modding any other game, they do it to add something new. Not all mods do people want in games, because it would ruin the main feel/aspect of the game.
