I need all the help I can get for this. I'm making a server that will be based on Anarchy and Factions. How will that work? I'm not totally sure, but I have an idea. Spawn will most certainly be protected and will be supported with a good economy. Hacking will not be allowed; but, anything not faction-related can be griefed. You'll have to be a faction yourself, host a group of people, to survive in this server. You'll need to form a contract with a faction or two or among the entire playerbase of factions that you'll be enemied with at least one or two factions or every faction and accept that you'll be raided and be interacted with another faction upon the two factions possessing at least 3 live players online on both sides. Both sides will need a minimum of 3 players online to support the fairness of the game. And don't worry, it will not be any ordinary faction-anarchy server. We will include customcrafting. Armors like protection X will be craftable and a "milestone" to attain.

I need your word on this.. If I am to create this such server. What version shall the server be based in? Out of the 3 versions I have listed below, please explain why you chose the way you did:
