Why do you have to rage quit if you don't get staff?

Hello guys! PaperVortex here that owns 2 servers 1 Factions and 1 KitPvP! I am here today to say. Why do you have to always rage quit if you don't get staff?!? It is very annoying for me because when i am playing. Players come on and just rage quit over stupid staff! If you would like to come on to my server to play without rage quiting! Just comment on here to ask for my server IP!

Somebody came on my server, asked if I wanted a banner made. I said yes. He said I had to pay for it. I said no thanks. He left.
This happens so much, it's like somebody comes on the server just for that, and not for what the server is for.

On the server I'm administrator on, we had to reject four staff applications because people were inactive. And some players give me the impression of only coming on to be staff. Staff is a position that is earned and proven through time, not given because you want the power, that's a way to abuse the position.

Same me Epic. I used to get 10 people on a day then staff started not to play then players dropped down to 2 people on a day but there are 4 people on my kitpvp server right now but 0 on factions well i think 0 but im on kitpvp
Ikr, I sometimes wonder how servers grow with most people out there being that immature
2 people came on mine once, they were nice. They did ask for staff, I said maybe. I let them in creative mode to help me with a build. I decided to make them staff. They are some of the best builders/redstone creators I have ever seen. Sometimes it happens. They helped my server get better, so now I have a little more people coming on

why? because there's so many immature douchebags out there, it gets insane.
EpicDogExtreme Yes it gets SO ANNOYING! But it is annoying that your server will never grow if they do that!
The reason why people rage quit is because unfortunately a lot of the time, people only go to small servers to have a higher chance of getting a staff position. And that's all they came for so they just leave. :/ it happens to me and it's annoying as ever. I don't get why people only want to play on servers they are staff on
