Its a Local server, you'll be able to play SinglePlayer still.

Like nick said, its running a local LAN server, which means people in the same household as you can play, as long as you're on the same network.
Single player should be the same as it was before, you can still play.

you will be able to play because it will be running in a LOCAL server if you are in local you can connect to servers
