Windows 10 Edition is a Windows 10 port of Pocket Edition. If you own Minecraft for PC, you can claim your free copy of Windows 10 Edition on your Mojang account page.
In its current state, it's pretty good (there's even cross-platform play with Pocket Edition users), but there is forced mouse acceleration that bugs the crap out of me.
Minecraft 1.9 is not out yet, but you can play snapshots of it using the normal launcher.
