XBOX ONE: Ship found in mesa superflat, then disappears.
I just created a custom superflat world, and I spawned in survival mode, as I intended to play survival. I was walking around and exploring the seemingly-endless vastness of red sand when I saw something out of the ordinary. There was part of a pirate-ship, just barely in my lazy chunks. I walked towards the ship to see what it was, then when it escaped the lazy chunks, and went into my full render distance, it disappeared, and I walked back to see it again, and it was gone. Oceans did not spawn in the world that I made, so a pirate ship would be unusual.

Pirate Ships Don't Spawn Naturally In Any Minecraft World, Or Not That I Know Of. If You Did See This, Do You Have Evidence (Pictures etc), If Not, It Could Be Three Things:
1. You're Lying (Doubt It)
2. Loading Structure That The Chunks Didn't Load Well (Village etc)
3. You Actually Spawned With A Magical Disappearing Pirate Ship In Your World.
Actually, Now That I Think About It, Number Three Seems REALLY Unlikely. Like, If That Was The Case, I'd Be "LIKE WAT NOW??? " So Yes, That's My Explanation!

This is a spoiler that you should not read.
I agree with PPGOME. This is not possible in the code of MC.
Optical illusion or maybe a village trying to load? Pretty odd if its not one of these
