I would add a built in screen recorder for YouTube(Twitch Mojang? Twitch? Are you kidding me...) and fix realms so it doesn't make people go bankrupt

Add backpacks and get rid of hunger.

Make it so players could connect to forge servers without forge... and make it so forge can use any version of a mod, no matter the the game version. (Like a 1.7 mod being used in 1.8 without crashing.)

I'd build a giant dirt mansion and have a pool,a ping pong table,a shuffle board, donut factory, and a chocolate fountain .

Minecraft is already a game with vast, seemingly limitless possibilities, however there are numerous things which aren't possible to do in Minecraft. With the ability to do ANYTHING in Minecraft, I would build extraordinary maps. I'm not creative, or an architect, or a designer, so the quality of my buildings are near abysmal. Every so often I will create something which I feel is nice enough to be in a map, but even then it's not anything people would be looking at with their jaw on the floor. I enjoy creating maps, though, so being able to design everything to be a masterpiece would be my greatest wish in Minecraft. I've tried looking up building tutorials on YouTube with no success (you can't exactly teach creativity).

My second idea would be to be able to add any sort of helpful blocks to my buildings that I wish. A few examples would be vertical slabs, upside down rails, some sort of block which could run code (since Command Blocks aren't exactly able to perform everything), etc. I realize some of these are possible already, but it would be nice to just have a block for it instead of having to use commands to make them.

Finally, it would be nice if I could commentate over Minecraft videos without sounding idiotic or boring. I am terrible at this, and it's probably worse than my building skills. Too bad I don't have any of those powers.
