This is probably the wrong place to ask this, but I'll just ask here.

I want to make a resource pack that gives the Netherite Armor set a new, 3D model with cool horns, plates, and bits that stick out.

I don't want to make a Data Pack that teleports an armor stand to the player, or a Mod that adds a new armor set, just a Resource Pack.

Is this possible without mods? If so, how would i do it, and if not, what mods would i need?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
