How to change screen resolution when running Optifine 12.2?

My computer monitor is 1440p but I want to change my in-game resolution to 1080p in order to try out more resource-intensive mods (shaders, etc). In Minecraft 14.2, there is a slider in video settings where you can easily change the fullscreen resolution. How do you do that in 12.2 with Optifine?

Maybe using the fullscreen mod would help

Here's something to try:
Open your launch and click "Launch Options".
In the next window, look for the toggle next to Resolution. Flip that, and set your desired dimensions.
