Double check that your compile process is actually giving you class files. Find out where in the filesystem those class files are. Then make sure your reobfuscation script is reading those class files. Or Alternatively, find out where the reobfuscation script expects compiled class files to be and make sure your class files are there.

i know, I KNOW!!!! i had the same problem. go to update md5 and run it. then go into your eclipse and minorly change the files you made (like add a space or two )and resave it. then recompile and reobf it should work!

HyJaffaOkay in your jars folder make sure you have the 1.6.1. minecraft jar and the 1.6.1 server jar inside. This works for me so hopefully for you. If you check my channel this afternoon you will see a video on how to setup Modloader with eclipse in 1.6.1

I know how to set it up, and my 1.5.2 mods are updated for it, but when I try to reobfuscate it says this:
