Mod installing help

When ever I add a mod that goes in to the version .jar, It will always crash.
I have deleted the META-INF and installed ForgeML

you go into the META-IN folder and delete anything that says Mojang but KEEP the meta-inf folder don't delete the entire thing

The mod says I have to install it in to the .jar, plus the new forge in stall does not come with a new META-INF and it uses the old mods folder.

Try placing the mod in the mods folder within the .minecraft folder. (Forge still needs to be installed into the .jar, and you still need to delete META-INF)
Also, delete META-INF before installing Forge, then keep the new META-INF folder. If you already removed it, just drag the new META-INF from Forge. Also make sure the Forge you are using works with your Minecraft version.
(If you're using .jars from the new launcher/using Minecraft 1.6, the mods folder will be in the same folder as the .jar)
