Is there such a mod like Pixelmon but instead of capturing and summoning pets to fight other pets, you summon pets to help you fight mobs?

the digimon mod you can tame and raise them and its really in depth but they fight mobs like how a wolf or any other pet would
they can die like a normal mob instead of faint like in pixelmon and wild ones can attack you like any hostile mob
its a fun mod especially if youre a fan of the franchise
it does require taming and they follow you like a pet instead of being summoned but its the closest thing i can think of

Sadly not that I've seen, for mods at least but if you can use plugins then MyPet for spigot is pretty good
