Mod Suggestion/Request: A New Train mod

Hello PMC,
Before I Start: I know theres a mod called Traincraft, and I know about Real train mod and the buggy Rails of war mod... But they both are meh, Rails of War has nice models but is still in early development and the Trains all steam trains and are from Russia (No offense to Russia or anything, I just want variety) And Real Train mod is a nice mod, Really good, just one thing doesn't work on multiplayer...
Anyway, This train mod, (If I could make one) Would have Tracks that are 3 blocks wide and have a nice variety trains that are from America, Australia, And UK/Europe. Which the other Train mods lack,(especially Australia ) Anyway as for the tracks alot of people have wanted things like crossovers, different sized slopes, different kind of switches and them two-way crossover things. As for trains it self, some way of Connecting carriages of course would be needed but as for the trains its self, Trains like the "SD-40, Gp40 (Very popular train for some reason), SD-70, Id Love to see some Larger American Steam trains. And Some kind of Subway/Metro/Suburban Train would be cool. So in Short: Steam, Diesel, And electric trains. Also a Santa Fe color scheme on a SD40 or Gp40 is requested
Some Trains Like the Daylight, Super chief, The 21st Century Limited (think think thats the right name) would definitely make this mod unique.
Preferably, for server running the mod would work best on 1.7.10 as that is the last cauldron for minecraft. (Which is Plugins and Mods very essential for running a public train server) And there seems to be no version for 1.8 and up which is a shame.
Please Note I wouldn't Suggest this if I could make minecraft mods, also if someone did make this a reality and I could make it work on a cauldron 1.7.10 server, I would give him/her a special rank to thank them...

Not many people will want to do this for you for just a rank on a server. Mod making takes hours, sometimes days or even weeks. Most likely the only way your going to get someone to do this for you is if you give payment

Well, this is my opinion on the topic: You know that there is WIP mods, but you want someone else to just randomly start a new one? Also no modder would probably just want to make a mod for a server rank (because they have the skill to make their own one). Don`t take this as hate or negativity, take it as the truth.

Well To be fair them "WIP" Mods seem to be rarely updated....

And to be fair aswell... Everymod was WIP at some point... You want to magically have trains in an instant? Well that's not going to happen...
Just watch multiple train mods and if needed message the author if work is still going on...

Yea ive herd about that mod.... Looks alright tho, Still WIP but it don't add new tracks, vanilla tracks are kinda ugly xD, and thanks for the Info about Forge and plugins on 1.8
Tho i still 1.7.10 not only for server stuff, theres some good mods that are still on 1.7.10 that I like

And they are currently working on the trains. (I am modeling as we speak...)
But yes, the mod is indeed still WIP but I can guarantee it will look great, the tracks look really fancy already and those can be used right now! Same goes for the other machines and stuff that's currently in the mod.
For the times trains will be added? I can't tell you too much except that it will probably be around this summer...
Tracks on the other hand are only 1 block wide with this mod, but the models are decently sized with 2 blocks wide (Half a block to each side over the tracks) and around 2,3 blocks high ^^.
And for the different types of trains? Well, currently I am working on german trains but I will probably make some more different locomotives from around the world aswell. (No steam trains tho, I kinda suck at those xD)

Lol Ironically i already herd from the creator about new tracks about 20 mins ago I even suggested to add a SD40 and GP40 So yea that might be the mod we have been looking for

Bump... Really want a better train mod for Minecraft, Its kinda needed

I would like to see a good train mod where you can control trains with wasd and some other things to slow down the train and toot the horn. as well as make trains based on thomas the tank engine since that was my childhood favorite and i loved the scenery. this needs to go viral

Well If the right coding was made I think any train could be added (keep think in mind lol) But yes, this does need to go Viral
