I've heard of NEI Plugins, but I don't know what the purpose is and I can't find any legit looking sources to get it from. Does anyone know what it does and, if possible, a legit place to get it?

NEI by itself makes it so that when you are in "Recipe Mode" you can press "R" and it will show you the recipe or how to craft it. When you press "U" it will show you the usage. NEI plugins makes it so that NEI can show the recipes and usages for some mods like BuildCraft, IndustrialCraft2, Forestry, Railcraft, Tinkers Construct, and some other mods. The plugin is now outdated and I can't find a 1.6.2 version anywhere.

When you have NEI and go to ''Mods'' in minecraft, and read the NEI description it says no installed plugins in red.

It's supposed to be a plugin for Not Enough Items, adding stuff.
