Optifine and RTM CRASHES

When i install Optifine and RealTrainMod (includes NGTlib) and run the game, it was fine. also when i place anything from RTM. the game crashes.
it did not produce a crash report. as i was using 1.12.2. i am also using SEUS shaders.

I tried with and without optifine and seus shaders. No problem starting the game, no problem placing items. However, almost every time I got out of a car, the game would lock up on me. No crash report and nothing in the log.
I tried changing Forge to the recommended version for using the train mod, which is ver. 14.23.2.2611, quite an old version for 1.12.2.
However, changing to this version didn't cure the issue for me, but on the forum, several people have said by changing to this version of Forge, the mod worked much better, so it may work for you.
