ScholesyIdea: Why don't we all (Members) get in a skype call within the week, get a project idea together, set it up in dropbox, make it (with the numbers we could do it in a day or two)
post it, ask for donations and support, and buy a domain name for 8 dollars a year to get rid of the .webs.com on the website, and instead make it .com?

A good idea

Great, when could we get together then?

I really hate to throw any negative spin towards something as cheerful and interesting as a programming application... BUT, i just don't think that's true.

What i would agree with is that most modern individuals can be taught most 4'th generation imperative languages. ( languages like Java, C++, Python, VB )

What i would not agree with is the notion that most modern individuals can be taught lambda calculus, Lisp, Prolog, Haskell, Erlang, x86 ASM let alone Turing code and forget deterministic initial state automata.

A Language is not defined as; English or computer commands written in English; any symbolic grammer at all; if interpreted by any-thing is as a language... and suffice to say; most humans have zero chance of understand most languages ( even ones written to be understood ).

Point taken, but like I said written at 11:45 at night, right before bed, probably couldn't even do basic math at that time. But still, thank you for your input, and not keeping your thoughts private (more java puns!).

If we were in anything but a programming discussion thread i would hold my tongue on this but.
person124when you analyze the question ( What languages can you code in? ) it says: "can" not "do."
but anyone can code in any language.

What languages can you code in?: Jokingly: All of them when you analyse the question it says: "can" not "do." Anyone can code in any language. But honestly, mainly Java, a tiny bit of visual basic, and that's about it.
Write one to two paragraphs on why we should accept you.: I am the type of person(124) that if I watch a tutorial on how to code, I don't just copy it down, I look at it and processes it until I have figured out why it works the way it does. Also I learn quickly(as long as I want to learn it), so (most) of the time you don't have to tell me twice.
Even though I don't know that much I am always eager to learn. I have looked over other people's applications and I can't help but felling, er- not as good. Also geeks and nerds in packages are stronger to defeat! I hope you took some time to read this.
Experience: Coded some Plugins for Bukkit, gave up on those, then went to modding in early 2012.
Link us to one project you've codded.: Why, what a simple question. http://www.planetminecraft.com/mod/simple-magic-v1/

P.S. If you couldn't tell, I like to put (lots of) side notes, and have a knack for making bad puns. Also I wrote this at 11:45 at night, so yeah.

What languages can you code in?: Well, I'm okay at C++ and Java. I , however, understand the logic of how C-Based code works.

Write one to two paragraphs on why we should accept you: Well, I guess it started at the beginning of the school year, My and my little brother one day remembered an old mod that we used to enjoy back in beta, so we just got the crazy idea to ask the dude if we could take over his ancient project. Simultaneously, I had signed up for the c++ class (My freshman year of high school, ugh what a pain). After being allowed to take it over, I got started right away. At first I made the mistake of just blindly following tutorials. When a problem arose, however, I was forced to fix it myself. After many months of my C++ class and doing this I have become fairly decent at modding and understand the concepts of C based code (6-7 months worth). I really never thought I'd get this far in my modding err "era"

Experience: 6-8 months of C++ and Java

Link us to one project you've codded.:http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1711724-151-forge-sspsmp-rareores-v131-now-smp-compatible-for-real/

Thanks for consideration (I really wanna post my mod to PMC, but to no avail I'm too "Puny" to their standards )

Yeah, Coding can prove Difficult to newcomers. If you want to learn coding in general, I do not suggest Youtube tutorials. Most of them are crap, and Unhelpful. The way I learned, was actually school in my Computer Programming class. So anyway in which you can get someone to teach you in person is great, because you can get help when you are stuck, and ask questions when you dont get it!
Good luck!

Is there anyone who uses FML and Eclipse that could advise me on setting up the IDE and stuff in general so that I can start learning Java. Starting to learn Java today, shouldnt be too hard as it is pretty similar to C# which I already know. I have looked at Java coding and understand it. I simply need help setting up Eclipse and FML so that I can work with it.

Write one to two paragraphs on why we should accept you.:
I exceed expectation and do not finish on a project until it is 101% finished. When I am set on a project thats all I think of, new ideas, things that could be improved (I lose sleep over it xD).
I know so many languages because I like to see what that language is capable and try to get excessive knowledge on it and make sure I completely understand it before moving on.

Experience: 4+ years of programming, currently doing 2 year diploma on ICT. I have been creating a game ((Kynos) Sonic clone) for about a year and it is sweet . I have many bukkit plugins available, NoSwear having 130,000+ downloads. I created my website EliteMinersMC.com from scatch, including the PHP, MySQL and permissions system (took forever).

I would like to know that this 'association' is mature and not completely run by children. Thank you for reading, if you require anymore information then please ask.
