The FriendsForMinecraft client mod has been updated for 1.4.6. Just download the installer and run it and you'll get Forge and FriendsForMinecraft.com (works on Mac or PC).

Existing FriendsForMinecraft users, all of your friends, mail, saved servers and pics are still there in 1.4.6... just in case you were wondering if you had to start over.
