What things do you want to have in server spawn?

Hello, I planned to make second server spawn. It was named "Dragon Nest" because it will have the style of Dragon, medieval and Japanese (maybe). It will support 20-100 slot server, PvP arena, fortress and server event. Its structure will look similar to my first server spawn. Now I didn't start to build it yet and need decent ideas to improve it for supporting your requirements. What things do you want to have on it?

I would like my spawn to be close to the central location of everything, nothing is more frustrating than spawning and having to walk over gabillions of chunks to get to the built area. As long as that ^^^ is met, I don't care too much, but it should give me a good impression of the server!

Depending on the type of dragon, I would suggest some foliage and some ruins nearby. If you have a economy system, think about a mini admin shop (like for cobble, dirt, etc.) for easy access. And last but not least... I joined a server once and I thought it was really cool how they added a more adventurous way of leaving spawn. It included like parkour challenges and fun things thorugh a sewer system... all of the challenges lead to some other coool stuff.

In past servers I've helped build on I've added things like special VIP Lounges where Donors can spawn or can /warp to, you can add a few poles if you get my drift!!

add some sort of " admin/ op only" room.

Yeah, I think so. I will add some redstone device controllers in that room.

I think I will make large underground room in server spawn. It will have a giant tree inside and you can go to this room by open secret redstone device. That device will teleport you that place. Some sort of treasure will be there.

You should put some Anvils and enchanting tables at the spawn

ya, then right beside it you could have these 2 big XP fountains using a lot of mob grinders and spawners

well, put up a library, and maybe areas containing crafting and enchanting tables, and some supplies (maybe some snow and iron and pumpkin blocks, so u can create golems in a pinch)

That looks like it was well made and took a long time to build. If your Spawn is this good I wonder what the rest of the server would look like
