What do YOU like in an adventure map?

Heyo all! I'm a new map maker, and I wanted to get some feedback from the community on what YOU (Yes, you there. The awesome one. Yes, you.) like and/or want from an adventure map! You like Parcor? Mob battles? Puzzles? Tell me what you like, and I'll do my best to please you!

Something that requires a lot of teamwork and may cause rage. lots of it.

when the mapmaker consistently does things differently every time, and doesn't make me reroute through the same area over and over to get different things.

This, and also not a 100% single-player map. The map should have some kind of co-op.

I'm going to agree with this but add that it shouldn't be 100% co-op either. I would like to see maps have co-op and solo difficulties built in. This way if for some reason you don't have a friend to run through the map with you, you can still enjoy the map on your own.
