This seed is a survival island seed, where you'll get spawned in the middle of the ocean with about 120 islands or more. In a radius of fewer than 1300 blocks, you can find 8 ocean monuments! 2 of which are very close to each other. In addition, one of the further islands houses a zombie village, which is an extremely rare occurrence in the Java edition of Minecraft.

This is extremely cool for a community server, you all start off with a great challenge and next to that you can all claim a group of islands and play survival island with multiple people.
