Normal world
Desert temple within view of spawn, jungle and shattered Savannah to the west, flower forest, biggish village (with a huge cave system & mineshaft in 1.8), roofed forest and swamp with witch hut to the south-east, continue through the swamp, then the mountains near it, then the taiga and more mountains to a huge inland sea with a seaside village and some really cool terrain. Over the sea is a tundra with a pillager outpost and a basement igloo. Keep going east through the tundra and you will find an ice spikes biome.
Probably also works in 1.7 but I haven't tested it.

how did you find it?
Just typed a random number in the seed box
You said 1.8 - 1.17. How do you account for the changed oceans, worldgen and villages of 1.13 and 1.14,
Villages still generate in relatively the same spot.
The world is still the same, it's just that the seas are now multiple biomes and villages are different. In fact, the villages change in size every major update, but they are still in the same place.
