In my opinion the best seeds are the seeds with all the biomes near the Spawn.
For example :
Seed: 8577748264145482009 for 1.18

I´ve written a article about minecraft 1.18 seeds with some nice building or surival potential. The best one I think is the one with zombie snow village about 500 blocks from spawn.
