Looking for a seed with end portal close to spawn

I need a seed that has an end portal really close to spawn, preferably with a village nearby. does anyone have/know one?

Level 9 : Apprentice Waffle

1.8, or 1.9 +?
On 1.9 they made them much farther away and you would have to travel much further
