Hello everyone of the minecraft community!

DISCLAIMER: Before I get underway, I would like to say I have owned 4+ servers before and have loads of experience with everything to do with any server things. If you believe you could be a help with this project keep reading


Project Baleful is currently a well-planned server, fully set up discord and a bonus Xenforo forum designer (I will need another). I have been planning the server aspects for months now and I feel like I am ready to have a staff team and start on my server. I have all the plugins and code ready to be put together. 𝓢𝓮𝓻𝓿𝓮𝓻 𝓗𝓸𝓼𝓽𝓲𝓷𝓰
This is something big, I am in desperate need of a server hoster. Someone who has a free server I can borrow (or I can pay for). Hosting of someone I find is a lot easier than using a hosted company as dedicated servers feel less fake. Someone with a kind heart join out discord below


𝓟𝓵𝓸𝓽 𝓸𝓯 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓼𝓮𝓻𝓿𝓮𝓻Project Baleful is going to be a Towny / Economy server and I have decided this firmly. As I have more experience running these types of servers it becomes very easy picking the right staff members and knowing what the server needs to further with. This also makes it easier to gain player base as I feel Towny is one of the more popular small server gamemodes at the moment.
𝓥𝓪𝓵𝓾𝓮𝓼 𝓔𝔁𝓹𝓮𝓬𝓽𝓮𝓭
With my new server I have a few expectations that come around not just staff but the community in general. My vision for the discord and forums is: A chill vibe without anger, where people respect each other and people can get along. Respect, I expect staff to respect players. Players should respect staff as well however, players will always give staff crap.. that's how it is. So if you want to apply you need to keep this in mind.
𝓟𝓮𝓻𝓴𝓼 𝓯𝓸𝓻 𝓐𝓹𝓹𝓵𝔂𝓲𝓷𝓰
Personally I have a few perks you can use when applying to keep on my better side (which gives a better chance of being accepted). I do not just accept staff in desperate need. I select staff, I check backgrounds of players and I get down to the root of their personality. So first thing is, Be as honest as you can. I love honest people, if you have made a mistake? Tell me you have and what you learned from it. Secondly, Independence. If the question is bland, make a creative twist to it to make it interesting! Third and final point, I love neat people. So organisation in your application is necessary. I love when things are formatted perfectly and people don't rush things
