I've posted this topic to tell you all about an amazing server I discovered a few days ago.

AiderCraft, is a SMP Factions server. It has friendly staff (such as the owner 3noodles1996), A friendly community (not in pvp however!) and includes many plugins such as Factions and Economy.

For those who are interested in raiding, you can grief your raids as well as 'tpa', you can buy raiding items at the shop, and you can create a faction and invite people to raid other factions.
