Why I want staff:
Its one of my passions to dedicate my time to help servers grow. I help as much as I can and I take directions seriously. I am a great friend and a dedicated staff member. Most servers look for dedication, trust, helpfulness, etc in a staff member. I take being staff very seriously, but I don't want the players to think their being neglected or ignored, so I'm very fun. I also have a great sense of humor! I will prevent all bad, for example:
Hackers,
Greifers,
Rule breakers in general,
Etc.
I will bring in all good, for example:
Dedicated staff/players,
All my friends,
Non-abusers,
Etc.
I will be so dedicated that you would not believe it. I can be on many hours and every day of the week, as I will explain later. I do not advertise on servers, for that brings angry hackers. I advertise on PMC or another Minecraft server websites. I also own a website with many people registered. I also am joined in about 15 websites. I hope you might consider me into being staff of your server.
How many hours a day I can play:
Weekdays: At least 4 hours.
Weekends: At least 8 hours.

I can type at top speed of about 100 letters per minute! In fact, this server took 5 min to create, including thinking of what to say! When I type the correct words to say just come to me in a flow and I don't stop typing.

No offense to you, I think you are very mature for you're age and know how to spell and use grammar correctly but when it comes to the game, people judge A LOT. I also highly doubt that you have been all these positions,I know that he/she's 12 years old, but it's better than those 7 year olds, which has taken over PMC. It just doesn't seem practical. Or it just shows that you get kicked from staff positions a lot. Again, don't take offense from any of this. It just doesn't seem possible to be an owner 3 times or a co-owner 5 times :/. That's all though. Other than that, awesome job on the recruitment. You seem very intelligent.

and i can usually be on everyday for about 3 hours

I am not regularly immature. I have a high patients rate. But with about 10 commenters on each others sides pressured me and I let loose. Thats very rare, a 1% chance out of 100% That happens. It was the first time in 2 years I have lost my temper.

Ok. I am not trying to insult you or anything of that sort. I would like to point out, though, that you should ALWAYS try to remain level-headed. If one of my server staff freaked out like that (again, no offense), I would put them on suspension and either strip them of their staff rank, or demote them, and make sure that it would not happen again. Please do not take that as an insult, and instead learn from it. One of the mental/emotional health "categories": Accept and acknowledge helpful advice. (Correct me if I'm wrong and that was for social health)

Listen, horsie, we're not trying to insult you --- And us pointing out that how you're acting is going to prevent people from wanting to hire you as staff isn't worth reporting, because the mods are going to ignore it. You know why? Because what most of us are saying is true.
If you want to be staff on a server, you have to prove to people that you can handle the job. Going off on someone because they point out flaws in your behaviour isn't going to help you with that, nor is pushing back when people bully you on Minecraft. I've "fired" people for less. When you're staff on a server, you have to remain level-headed and handle situations with grace, otherwise you turn into one of those people that everyone ends up hating, which is why most servers suck.
That being said, I think what you need is a mentor .... Someone to help you with how you react to situations, someone who has been in your shoes before.

SilverKyttenFastestHorsie99I was trying to avoid this. You see, when someone makes fun of me or something, I don't let that slide. I've been called Whorsie and still am for no reason, and i'm bullied in MC often, so I do not stand down to a fight.
If someone makes fun of you, you don't throw a tantrum and make fun of them back --- You report them. That's what the report buttons are for. When you continue a fight, all you do is make more drama and prove that you're way too immature to handle being in charge of other people's behaviours.
