If you aren't good with an application, how do you expect to competently be a Co-Owner, Head-Admin or Sub-Admin of a server?

For anyone to consider you for Co-Owner the first question will be "How much can you donate each month?". If you can't donate to help support the server, then a Mod/Admin is probably a better position for you.
