FathomlessMC Staff Recruiting Thread

Currently seeking active players who want to be staff that are active on the server and desire to advertise and help get the player base up.

If you submit a staff application on this thread, you are agreeing that you will be active on a daily basis for more than two hours a day, and you are productive in helping build up the server, anyone caught not being active for more than three days, will be demoted
All staff are required to be mature, and must not be a baby cry because of a demotion, or beg for staff rank
if i feel you are a child and are immature you will be demoted, and begging will just get you banned

right now we have positions open for the following:
1 - 1xAdmin: must be willing to address server issues, help players, help staff in building server projects, 18+ years of age, must have been staff on another server for more than three years - no access to console
2 - 5xDeveloper: must be willing to address server plugin issues by typing ingame commands, help players, must be 15+ years of age, must have been a developer on another server for more than three years, must be willing to follow instructions, must not restart server just because you want to, all plugin submissions, plugin ideas are to be given to admins and owner for review, and you cannot delete existing plugins or ask to delete them - no access to console
3 - 10xModerator: must be willing to get along with staff members, help players with game issues, moderate players and chat, must know how to ban players, kick and warn, must have simple staff command knowledge of what to type ingame, must be 13+ years of age
4 - 10xAssistants: must be willing to get along with staff members, help players with game issues, help other staff with building projects, moderate players and chat, must know how to ban players, kick and warn, must have simple staff command knowledge of what to type ingame, must be 12+ years of age
5 - 10xBuilders: must be willing to build when told and how and comprehend what owner wants to be built, must have good coordination when building, must help staff with building projects, must be willing to listen and comply with higher staff, must be willing to build the server first rather than build your own stuff, must be 12 years of age
6 - 5xYouTubers: must be willing to help staff with building projects, advertise server, make server videos, desire to build up player base, blender or cinema4d knowledge is helpful, must be 12 years of age

your application outline must be like this example, any mistakes or missing parts will be considered a rejected staff application, fill it out to the best of your knowledge, one or three worded answers are a rejected application also

14. why we should consider you for our server?(describe how you would get our player base up on our server based on ideas or builds youve actually have done on other servers, and how that accomplished that goal
