I have been A Owner/Co-Owner/Mod/Admin/Head-Admin/Head-Mod all multiple times. I know a lot about minecraft servers and plugins. I know how to keep a server under control.

How do I help other players:
I enforce rules to the full extinct. I make others feel wanted and appreciated. I know what to do when a problem comes along and don't just kick anyone. I listen to people's ideas. I have many ideas of what I can do to help others.

Why me:
I know it can be hard deciding staff members but I am a smart choice. I have had minecraft for over 2 and a half years so I know most about it. I can help create a website through Wix.com or Enjin. I don't play a server and then quit shortely after . I enforce rules and don't allow rule breaking. I create ideas, I advertise the server, and help out through whatever is needed. I know a lot about plugins so I do know a lot of them. I am comfortable when I talk in a conversation.

What can I do to make the server better:
Easy, I would share my knowledge and experience with other staff members and, players. I know sometimes things get hard in servers that's why you need someone who can control it and help through many ways
