bukkit allows more possibilities
you know if youre making a pixelmon server you are going to need bukkit plugins anyways

I think pixelmon is better cause i used to watch pokemon and when i got minecraft i thoight it would be awesome that there would be pokemon in minecraft and there it happened
Try MCPC+ instead! Its Bukkit/Spigot/Forge.
bukkit helps with plugins etc. but pixelmon is an individual mod? what are we comparing
