BusinessCraft - 1.8 to 1.10

Before we get in what we need, let us tell you our goal and what kind of server we are.
1| Roleplaying Economy Survival
2| Democracy - There is a custom government system, with hierarchy. The head of the Government is the Chancellor who's elected every 3 months (Current Government system is only temporary)
3| Mature Staff & no-biased Server Law - everyone can read up what punishment comes with each crime
4| Additional: Custom commands, chat channels, many ways to earn money, Custom currency, pets, apartments plots and cities, no lag, etc.

We're hoping to fill up some more Government positions which is why this thread was made. Let us introduce you to how the Departments work in the system:
- As said earlier, the Chancellor is the Head of the Government, followed by his Deputy, as the second in-Command
- The Government differs from the Server Staff
- Currently, there are 4 Departments (Department of: Construction, Employment, Recruitment, Communication), each focusing on different aspects and tasks
- At the head of each department there is a Director, who leads the Department and a member of the Chancellor's Executive Office, who also has a deputy
- Each Department member will get paid by the Government (with in-game money) for every successful task completed

Builders on our server are classed as the Members of the Department of Construction. The director is picked from one of our admins experienced with building. He will still require members and later on a deputy director, which he will appoint at any given moment.

Aside from Builders, if you're interested in joining any other of our departments, you can show your interest.

Department of Communication - Specializes in interviews, weekly news etc. Keeps citizens informed of recent changes.
Department of Construction - Specializes in building government approved projects.
Department of Employment - Specializes in finding jobs for citizens without one and improvements about the jobs itself
Department of Recruitment - Specializes in advertising the Server

The server is new and is still being worked on. It's still whitelisted until it's ready to be released.
We're always looking for trustworthy experienced individuals to join the Staff Team as well.

Everyone who gets whitelisted and joins the server before it's public release will get the following benefits:
- The starting balance is 500. If you join beforehand you will get 1000.
- Cheaper plot prices as we want the town to be a little more populated
- Automatically enter a raffle where at the last day before the server gets released, one lucky individual will be given the first donation rank.
