S1:
Chat and Language
Several rules and conditions apply to chat.
S1.1: Cursing and other
•Cursing is strictly prohibited and will NOT be allowed. Cursing will result in a ban up to a YEAR given by staff/admin.
•Being overly inappropriate can result in a mute or ban depending on the situation.
S1.2: Cyberbullying
•Any form of cyberbullying, racism, or anything alike CAN and WILL result in a PERMANENT ban.
•In some cases it will NOT be banned for, if in a "joking" manner and in which is not hurting anyone. However, it is advised not, as it could be interperated wrongly.
Note: These same rules go for signs, too!

Builds
Certain builds may be banned for reasons.
S2.1: Builds to offend others
•Any builds made or used to offend others in any way, shape, or form will result in a BAN.
The rules and regulations WILL change over time. Please use common sense, and we wish you a good time!
Note for server staff and builders:
Any case in which these rules are NOT followed by staff or builders will result in INSTANT demotion.
